Vida Bukit Ceylon Residential

Sustainable living in the heart of Kuala Lumpur

Vida Bukit Ceylon Residential

LOCATION: KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

Nestled between Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, Bukit Bintang, the Vida Bukit Ceylon SoLo by Spritzer is within an abundance of basic, shopping and entertainment services. Redeveloping urban areas with sustainability strategies will not only reduce the carbon footprint of occupants, but promote energy efficiency and water conservation as well.

Solar panels are commonly used in Europe and North America, with Asian countries such as Japan and South Korea increasingly scaling up installations with smaller planned increases. Utilising this form of green energy is still new in Malaysia and the installation of solar panels for the SoLo will influence other new establishments under Developer, Spritzer to do the same.

Vida Bukit Ceylon SoLo uses wood species and products that comply with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or Malaysia Timber Certification (MTCC) as its initiative to source for ethical and responsibly grown and harvested materials and resources. Most of the building materials are also sourced regionally to reduce carbon emissions from transportation.

While occupants enjoy the breath-taking skyline of Kuala Lumpur through the ceiling to wall windows, day lighting would also be optimised to not only save energy from artificial lighting, but illuminate spaces for a comfortable ambience as well.
