Installation of new light fittings compliant with Green Mark Platinum standards for Lighting Power Budget (LPB) with requirement of 7 W/m2, reducing energy consumption while maintaining optimal illumination.
Water Fittings Upgrades
60% of water fittings were replaced with WELS 3-ticks water fittings, significantly reducing water wastage and improving overall efficiency.
Optimized Energy Use for Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
Energy optimization measures were implemented by operating FCUs at partial load and using only one of the two installed motors, reducing the airside system energy consumption without compromising comfort.
