In 2018, BCA released a new criteria for office Interiors that was done jointly with Health Promotion Board (HPB), shedding a light on the physical and mental health of occupants as well.

To promote a healthier lifestyle, there is a committee put in place to arrange fitness and mental wellness activities; such as boxing and bouldering to keep employees fit. There was also a disposables-free policy at their cafe.

Green wall with motion sensors triggering nature sounds on level 6 as well as a water feature tunnel on level 7 that leads to a Zen garden that helps improve spatial awareness of occupants.

Recycling bins, personal e-waste collection bins and a recycling policy act as reminders to encourage conservation of resources.

Lighting with zoning controls, timer controls, LED /T5 lighting, separate monitoring system for lighting and plug to save energy loads ensure energy efficiency optimization.
