The DHL building is an existing building with major renovation works. Therefore, the focus remains on keeping the existing structure of the building while renovating the interiors. This helps in making spaces more usable for the occupants and promotes better health and wellbeing.

Health and Wellbeing
Health and wellbeing design for offices aims to create workspaces that promote employee health, happiness, and productivity. This involves incorporating elements like ergonomic furniture to reduce physical strain, ample natural light to boost mood and concentration, and biophilic design features like plants and natural materials to connect employees with nature. Additionally, flexible workspaces and quiet zones cater to diverse work styles and provide opportunities for relaxation and focus. Energy Efficiency
DHL office and warehouse uses energy efficient LED light fittings. These fittings help to save 27% energy as compared to the conventional fittings. Sensors are also used in the office and warehouse such that lights are turned off when there is no motion detected. Light fittings with built-in sensors are used in toilets and staircases to save energy. Additionally, the entire roof has been retrofitted to be covered with solar panels to produce onsite renewable energy.
